This is a remote position based in the US that requires occasional travel based on program needs. Candidates must be physically located within the US.

Job Description

As a Client Manager on the Talent Programs team, you are a critical contributor to our goal of attracting and developing the next generation of diverse leaders for our company and industry. Your effective collaboration with clients and partner organizations enables the NIQ University Program to introduce diverse entry-level talent to the knowledge and opportunities needed to launch a career in the CPG industry. In addition to leading our client partnership efforts, you will also iterate and improve existing learning materials and processes to drive a high-quality experience for program participants, alumni, and university hires. Your efforts will advance the NIQ University Program vision of contributing to a better and more equal CPG industry by removing barriers to entry for qualified and diverse talent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of learning experiences to prepare program participants for success in data analytics roles with NIQ and client partners.
  • Maintain a strong level of knowledge on industry trends which will allow for continuous improvement across program initiatives.
  • Develop a consultative approach to engaging with clients, understanding their talent needs, and identifying opportunities for increased program partnership, and influencing buy-in.
  • Leverage understanding of client structure and organization to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partner organizations.
  • Lead effective discussions with clients and partner organizations that provide proactive insights, communicate program value, drive issue resolution, and support program goals.
  • Display strong presentation and communication skills across multiple levels internally and externally.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in a relevant industry (CPG, consulting).
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in complex situations.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, manipulating data, and visualizing insights.
  • Proficiency with NielsenIQ (or similar) solutions (i.e. RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra, etc.) and tools (Discover).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
  • Required travel: Up to 10%.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience with training and talent development preferred.
