Nicolet Staffing is Hiring a PCA/Caregiver Near Wisconsin Rapids, WI

Join the Wisconsin Rapids/Stevens Point Nicolet Staffing Supportive Home Care team today! We are seeking full-time, part-time, and casual caregivers throughout Wood and Portage Counties.

  • Flexible scheduling! YOU pick your availability and what days/shifts work best for you.

  • Schedule provided for the entire month.
  • 24/7 support available to you from Nicolet.

What do our Personal Care Workers do?

  • Provide NON-MEDICAL support to our clients within the comfort of their own home to allow them to achieve the highest level of independence in their homes.
  • Assist with client's daily living skills including but not limited to
  • Medication Reminders
  • Light housekeeping/cleaning
  • Meal-Prep
  • Laundry
  • Driving to run errands or take clients to and from appointments
  • Some, but not all clients, require assistance with personal cares which includes dressing/undressing, toileting, and showering/bathing. Special training is provided at your discretion, if you choose to take on a client requiring these cares.

What do we require of a Personal Care Worker candidate?

  • A valid Driver License
  • Current vehicle insurance (nothing above and beyond your normal coverage is required)
  • Successfully pass a 10 panel drug screen
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Benefits include:

  • Starting wage is $15.50-$16.50/hr based on experience.
