The ideal candidate will answer phones and emails and be the first point of contact for prospective clients and existing clients. They will be an energetic and friendly person who can determine best fit for clients based on their case.

Responsibilities

• Handle case intake process, ensuring all information related to new cases is present and accurate
• Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls in a timely and welcoming manner
• Conduct consultation appointments for potential clients that meet firm criteria
• Collaborate with marketing on data collection and analytics

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience
• Ability to communicate with eloquence and sympathy
• Experience with Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook
• CRM and/or case management software experience preferred
• Previous experience in the legal profession preferred
• Ensures client documents and information remain confidential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
