Our ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively through various channels including but not limited to social media, print, and email marketing. You will report to the Roseville office to help us continue to create a strong brand presence in the region with innovative print & digital marketing campaigns for our agent associates and the company.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Director of Marketing and all Marketing staff
• Strengthen our relationship with clients, agent associates, and other Sotheby's International Realty affiliates
• Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message
• Create online and offline marketing content for our brand and agents
• Help to optimize company social media accounts
• Take ownership of role and continue to execute new methods/ideas of connecting with our target audience
• Plan and execute print/digital campaigns
• Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns
• Ability to learn quickly, study programs, ask questions to optimize usage
• Take leadership of our Listing Connect marketing asset program
• Seek out innovative, new programs that would support our business and brand partnerships
• Ability to be autonomous after receiving training; you will be expected to follow up on tasks and be sure to effectively manage workload each week
• Descriptive and creative writing abilities
• Hard-working, dedicated, and self-sufficient individual able to meet prompt deadlines
• Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
• Ability to take advantage of our global SIR network and maintain connections
• Expert in forward thinking, implementing new designs, creating new ways to interact with our target audience
• Ability to work well with others, collaborate with our team, make suggestions, and receive constructive feedback
• Knowledge of Canva, Google Drive products, Adobe products, and social media platforms
• Capability to adjust to different environments with regard to client, associate and affiliate relationships

Breakdown of Responsibilities

• 35% completing in house marketing packages including digital, print and email marketing contents for different properties submitted by our agents
• 30% handling brand social media presence including latest listings, featured listings of the week, holiday/seasonal marketing efforts with local partners, just listed property marketing, collaboration efforts with global SIR partners, and engaging with our social audience
• 25% agent marketing resources for flyers, social graphics, open house events, brainstorming, writing assistance and more
• 10% supporting the marketing director, special projects, event marketing

Preferred Skill Set

• 1-2 years of marketing experience (print and digital)
• 1-2 years experience related to the real estate industry
• Passion for interior design/real estate is a plus
• BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
