Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Expeditor to join our team. As an Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of food orders from the kitchen to the dining area. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our culinary operations.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and serving staff
- Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented according to established standards
- Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff
- Monitor food preparation times and prioritize orders to ensure timely delivery
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area

Experience:
- Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate between kitchen and serving staff
- Knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
