Escort guests to their seats, present menus, and introduce them to their server.
Collaborate with managers and servers to coordinate seamless seating arrangements.
Conduct periodic restroom cleanliness inspections to ensure a pristine environment.
Attend to guests' special needs and requests with attentiveness.
Answer incoming calls promptly, addressing customer queries and providing information.
Assist wait staff and bartenders as needed during peak business hours.
Maintain a clean and inviting reception area to enhance the overall ambiance.
Requirements:

Friendly, respectful, and welcoming demeanor, epitomizing outstanding hospitality.
Understanding of restaurant etiquette to contribute to a refined dining experience.

Physical ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
Possession of Texas Food Handler certification.
