Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to join our jewelry shop. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in the smooth operation of our store.
Duties:
- Help jeweler answer any questions regarding QuickBooks
- Answer emails and Google messages from customers inquiring
- Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments
- Write up hand written tickets when a customer drops off jewelry repairs
Skills:
- Customer service experience a plus, but not mandatory
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good attitude and friendly
This position offers the opportunity to develop administrative skills and learn how a small business operates. The main clerical assistant will be managing most of the heavier clerical operations, you will be taking on the smaller sized business operations.
