We are seeking an Automotive Lot Porter to join our team at Nick Mayer Chevy Buick GMC in Dickson, TN. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks related to maintaining the dealership lot and providing support as needed.

Duties:

• Greet all customers in the Service Drive with a professional, friendly attitude, answer their questions and direct them to the appropriate person/location
• Record customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing damage, then park their vehicle in the appropriate location
• Maintain lot appearance by parking all vehicles in an organized manner in the assigned areas on the lot map
• Fill required vehicles with gas, windshield wiper fluid, and tire pressures as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe Service Drive, free of dirt, water, leaves, trash, etc.
• Assist in removal of used parts or scrap from the shop, moving it to its proper location per the Manager
• Clean all shop floors of oil, fluids, and debris to maintain a clean workplace for the technicians
• Take out trash within the shop and pick up any trash in the parking lot regularly
• Assist in shuttling or valeting a customer when necessary
• Other tasks as assigned.

Experience:

• High school diploma required
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and desire to grow
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must pass background check and drug screening
