Legal Assistant/Paralegal
Medical malpractice trial law firm located in Woodbridge, Virginia is seeking two legal assistants/paralegals to join our team who either recently graduated from a paralegal program or who have experience in managing litigation cases for the plaintiff or defense from case intake through trial. The candidate should be a highly motivated, energetic, self-starter with excellent communication skills and good command of the English language. Candidate will play an integral role in supporting attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including, case investigation, document management, drafting/editing pre-trial discovery, calendar management, communicating with clients and outside counsel, and trial preparation. Candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Successful candidate will be able to multi-task, be detail oriented, be organized, work well under deadlines, want to learn and be a positive team player. PC proficiency and college degree required.
