Physical Expectations:
- Look up and order parts.
- Coordinate Parts Runner Schedule (Pick up parts).
- Receive Parts.
- Maintain parts room and parts cabinets.
- Maintain outside parts curb and parts shelves.
Data Expectations:
- Complete Purchase Orders In a Timely Manner with no issues.
- Complete Invoices In Timely Manner with no issues.
- Enter parts into Internal Repair Orders correctly and with no issues.
Communication Expectations:
- Direct outside sales to proper department.
- Communicate with Techs, Service Coordinator and Shop Manager.
- Direct Parts Runner.
Intangibles:
- Utilize all resources to find correct parts at the best possible price and convenience.
- Control timeline with Vendors, getting updates daily/weekly.
- Predict Needs of the business based off of previous trends.
1. Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing a safe work environment and take an active roll in assisting in building a safe work environment
2. Communication with rental manager, dispatcher, third party contact, location personnel and all other team members
3. Ensures all company values are adhered to and promoted
4. Observe and uphold all company privacy policies and procedures
5. Comply with all company policies and procedures found in employee handbook
6. Maintain confidentiality, including but not limited to, client lists, trade secrets, pricing structures
7. Regular and prompt attendance
8. Other duties as assigned
