Position Summary

Nichols Crane Rental, a family owned and operated business for over 25 years, located in Joliet IL, has an exciting career opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative Project Manager for the greater Chicagoland area. This is a full-time, exempt position with a comprehensive Benefits package in a casual business environment.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through CRM Database and CMD/Dodge leads follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
• Responsible for achieving sales targets and improving goodwill of the Company
• Informs customer on quotes, service schedules and any open issues
• Represents the Company in resolving customer issues or complaints
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Manager for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Work with sales representatives, sales managers and executive management to meet the demands of the position
• Sales Travel as required
• Upward mobility potential to move into an outside sales role.

Skills

• Proven inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Technical / Mechanical aptitude a plus
• Strong phone presence and experience in high volume outbound sales calls per day
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Microsoft Business platform and CRM knowledge a plus

Experience

1-2 years experience in Inside Sales experience

Estimating experience is a plus
