The Project manager will lead various cross-functional projects within IT . bring them to closure adhering to timelines, scope and budget.
Responsibilities
  • Adapt processes to improve inefficiencies and accelerate project delivery and time
  • Track progress against enterprise/Service Line plans and provides an executive summary
  • Translate, analyze data and effectively report problems through written and graphical formats
  • Interpret complex quantitative results and distill key impacts relevant to business needs
  • Document and produce reports as necessary on configuration, methodology and insights from results
  • Integrate business data from multiple internal and external sources; develop adaptive logic for resolving differences and ensuring quality
  • Manage the schedule, budget, scope, and quality of implementation projects
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, custom workflows, resource plans and status reports
  • Help design, document, maintain and improve processes in a continuous manner
Qualifications
3-4 years of progressive experience within Agile Project teams & a minimum of 2 years as an Agile Project Lead
Experience with document management processes
Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven hands-on experience with Agile Principles and experience working with Scrum teams, Visual boards (Kanban etc.), Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools
Ability to analyze and document business and system processes
Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with business heads, engineers and managers in a multi-faceted organization
Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) with technical, non-technical staff and stakeholders
Experience with providing technical guidance to IT delivery teams preferred
