Niagara Falls Memorial is seeking a CERTIFIED ULTRASOUND TECHNOLOGIST to join our growing team! Willing to train the right candidate!

Under the direction of a qualified radiologist/physician in the OBGYN department, the sonographer will perform a variety of technical procedures in the application of non-ionizing high frequency ultrasound waves to OBGYN patients for diagnostic purposes. Has the ability to perform all technical procedures required for the ultrasonic assessment of patients. Must exercise a high degree of technical competence, accuracy and judgement. Has a sound knowledge of the terminology and common practices of modern ultrasound.

SHIFT:

8:00am-4:00pm Part Time & Full Time available

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current RDMS certification with OB/GYN specialty by ARDMS

or One-year Ultrasound Certificate in Diagnostic Medical Sonography;

or Bachelor’s degree with major in Ultrasound Technology;

or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Fetal Medicine Foundation certification in the measurement of Nuchal Translucency required.
