Overview
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at our facility located in Shelby Township, MI, 48315. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This position requires expertise in machine setups for production runs, mechanical troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform machine setups for production runs according to specifications and production schedules.
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production processes.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify and resolve any mechanical issues or malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems, making necessary adjustments or repairs to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate production activities and meet production targets.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document production data, including quantities produced, equipment downtime, and any quality issues.
- Assist in training new production operators on machine operation and procedures.

Qualifications
