Description
CEO is the Advisor to Corporation’s Executive Leaders. Ensure the Executive Board is comprised of the correct composition Law Non-Profit Guidelines. Ensure connectivity between corporate leaders and the Executive Board officials. Oversee and direct major strategiSUMMARY: c and business aspects of the company. Give the Vision and proper direction for success. Willingness to sign documents and serve as Catalyst to obtain funding. Actively assists with development and implementation of Annual Budget; provide adjustments, as required. The CEO shall provide interim and Annual Performance Evaluations for each Department Chief. The CEO shall authorize the creation of new corporate staff; hire and discharge subpar performers.

General Requirements
Education/Experience Prefer master’s degree in: Healthcare, Human Services, Public Administration, Management Nursing preferred. Consideration will be given to applicants having a bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant studies or any combination thereof. Requires extensive high-level public and interpersonal interaction, and leadership experience (10 years plus).
