Description

 CEO is the Advisor to Corporation’s Executive Leaders. Ensure the Executive Board is comprised of the correct composition Law Non-Profit Guidelines. Ensure connectivity between corporate leaders and the Executive Board officials. Oversee and direct major strategiSUMMARY: c and business aspects of the company. Give the Vision and proper direction for success. Willingness to sign documents and serve as Catalyst to obtain funding. Actively assists with development and implementation of Annual Budget; provide adjustments, as required. The CEO shall provide interim and Annual Performance Evaluations for each Department Chief. The CEO shall authorize the creation of new corporate staff; hire and discharge subpar performers.

Requirements

 General Requirements 

• Experience working around, and supervising programs for the benefit of, individuals having intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred, but not required. 
• Ability to read, write, correctly interpret, and communicate in English. Must be able to read and understand instructions, perform record-keeping, and write reports. 
• Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier. 
• Subject to random drug testing. Refusal by an executive to cooperate with requested drug testing will be grounds for immediate dismissal. 
• Ability to pass National and Statewide criminal background checks. 
• Minimum 10 years proven executive level experience in leadership and management positions.
• CEO must be prudent, have a business mindset and possess the ability to see the “big picture” in a variety of settings. Take actions to enhance the company’s cash flow while keeping the human factor in perspective to enhance the company’s development and guide it towards long-term success. 
• Ensure other executives possess continuing education to advance corporate engagement and development as a high performing corporate managerial team.
• CEO evaluates the management proficiency of top organization executives and department managers by remaining aware of operations and business activities to ensure the desired results are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
• Actively engage with resolving developing situations and problems. Seeks profitable strategies and aids with implementation.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and business management best practices.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Experienced with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills. 

Education/Experience Prefer master’s degree in: Healthcare, Human Services, Public Administration, Management Nursing preferred. Consideration will be given to applicants having a bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant studies or any combination thereof. Requires extensive high-level public and interpersonal interaction, and leadership experience (10 years plus).
