Launch Your Leadership Journey: Administrator in Training (AIT)

In this exciting program, you will:

  • Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of nursing home administration, working alongside experienced leaders.
  • Rotate through various departments to develop a comprehensive understanding of facility operations, including resident care, finance, human resources, and regulatory compliance.
  • Receive mentorship and guidance from a seasoned Administrator who will support your professional development.
  • Participate in training programs to learn the latest industry best practices and prepare for your Administrator's license.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be eligible for a rewarding career as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing or a related field.
  • Masters in Healthcare Management, Business or Nursing Leadership is preferred.
  • Be a highly motivated individual with strong leadership potential.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Have a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Be passionate about providing quality care to seniors.
  • Ability to relocate to any facility in the NHS footprint when an Administrator position comes available.
