NHK Seating of America, Inc. is owned by NHK Spring of Japan. The Frankfort plant supports an Automotive company in Lafayette. We supply the seats in a fast-paced, Just-In-Time environment. A finished seat can come off our line about every minute. Our production requirements are directly linked to our customer, as customer demand increases and decreases on a daily basis so does NHK Seat production requirements.

Pay Wage: $18.39 / hour

Schedule: Split shift: 10:30 am to 7:00pm

*Must have flexible schedule. Daily overtime may be required.

Qualifications: Good understanding of the Company Handbook, good written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Position: HR Facilitator

Pay Wage: $18.39 / hour

Schedule: Split Shift Monday - Friday 10:30AM-7:00PM

HR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide assistance to hourly and temporary associates to facilitate effective interpersonal communications, assists them with ADP, insurance, badges, clothing, and other issues.
• Conduct orientations in English & Spanish, verify completion of paperwork and enter information into ADP
• Assist with job transfers (promotions, part time to full time, temp to full time etc.)
• Administer company handbook.
• Run attendance report and issue contact sheets to administrators.
• Translate Verbal and written translation from English to Spanish and Spanish to English.
• May represent HR during terminations.
• Conduct investigations and assist in giving disciplinary actions.
• Assist with time and attendance to ensure accuracy and updates schedules.
• Provide support at plant wide meetings (translating, gift cards, etc)
• All other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• High School level or GED required
• Associates degree or experience in administrative or HR role preferred
• Must be highly organized and self motivated
• Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication plus interpersonal skills
