Location: Corporate Office - Greenville, SC
SummaryPerform functions to manage, direct and provide leadership and exceptional customer service to an assigned property. Ensure property is maintained and operated in accordance with company objectives and facilitate solutions to problems between communities and internal support staff, guided by precedent and working within the limits of established policies.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED). Some college preferred. One-year related experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE/MATHEMATICAL/REASONING ABILITY/OTHER SKILLS & ABILITITESAbility to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, emails and contracts. Ability to write effective correspondence including emails.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
