NH Oncology-Hematology, P.A. is Hiring a Financial Counselor Near Concord, NH

Financial Counselor: Full-time (40 hrs/week), Financial Counselor position available in our regional medical oncology practice. We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate person for our Concord clinic location. The Financial Counselor position is responsible for meeting with all new patients and existing patients with insurance changes and includes the following duties: Identifying uninsured or underinsured patients; helping to obtain financial assistance (in the form of copay cards, foundation funding, free drug); assistance enrolling in CH's CAP program; works closely with NHOH's prior auth team for oral therapy benefit investigations and financial assistance; use of ADPARO (financial assistance platform) to seek out and facilitate financial assistance. This position will also help support prior authorizations of imaging specialty lab tests and other PAR tasks as directed. Financial Counselor and/or Patient Account Rep experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Covid Vaccine is required for employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
