As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily upkeep and maintenance of our 34 unit apartment community in Cathedral City, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Perform general repairs, complete service requests and maintaining physical upkeep of the property

*Has a basic knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, basic electric, general carpentry skills

*Repair appliances, replace parts as needed to effectively provide corrective maintenance and grounds maintenance

*Ensure all work is done in a timely manner and provide consistent follow up

*Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all resident requests or complaints are addressed in a timely, efficient and courteous manner

*Other duties as determined by management

-Must have their own reliable transportation

-Clean; Professional appearance at all times

-Preferably within 15min from the Cathedral City area.
