Position Summary:

The Branch Operation Manager is responsible to assist the Retail Branch Manager in overseeing of processors and operations staff. This position manages all day to day administrative functions including: schedules, timesheets, staffing, working with closing, and ensuring the branch is compliant and up to date with corporate requirements and policies and procedures. The Branch Operation Manager will work closely with management and all involved parties to ensure pipelines are moving efficiently and loan productivity is kept at the highest level.

Essential Job Functions:

Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage, train, and monitor branch employees.

• Keep up with and push out changes to guidelines.

• Perform problem resolution techniques to mitigate loan issues.

• Manage the entire Operations team including; Processors, Loan Partners, and Administrative staff for an assigned Branch.

• Review and monitor loan files in order to ensure that NFM Lending guidelines as well as Federal and State regulations for loans are met.

• Manage all administrative functions for the branch including by not limited to staffing, keeping the loan production up, and ordering supplies.

• Review, monitor, and manage employee pipelines to ensure SLA goals are met.

• Daily assignment of loans.

• Function as a technical resource to business channel associates.

• Oversee employee schedules, hours, and timesheets.

• Assist in orientation and training of NFM’s new hires for all department personnel.

• Effectively communicate, work with, and build relationships with all levels of constituents including culturally and linguistically diverse staff members and external candidates and/or vendors, while operating in a fast-paced customer service driven environment.

• Exhibit and enforce NFM Lending core values and vision

• Provide prompt, quality service to the originating branches and correspondents in a friendly and professional manner.

• This position may require occasional overtime and travel.

• This position will supervise one to thirty employees.

• Additional tasks as assigned.
