Join our compassionate team at the NFI Hospital Diversion Program in Southern Vermont as an overnight mental health worker specializing in adolescent care. We're dedicated to providing a supportive environment for both our clients and staff, prioritizing therapeutic interventions and team camaraderie.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and support to youth during sleeping hours
• Able to balance split awake overnight schedule – Half awake hours / Half sleep hours
• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to support youth in crisis
• Facilitate a comfortable community alternative for inpatient youth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field

Pay/Benefits:

• Full-time (40 hours per week, Wednesday - Saturday, 10PM – 8AM)
• Starting Pay of $20.50 - $23.00 per hour with $1.50 hourly stipend for awake hours
