Responsibilities: Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance and role modeling. Facilitate participant improvement in the areas of personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills and behavior. Also assist in facilitating groups and providing transportation to medical appointments.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with participant population.
