• Prepare multiple surfaces for application of decals, lettering and numbering
• Installation of lettering, numbering, and various warning decals based on the installation drawing
• Develop knowledge of equipment use for application of decals
• Application of exterior bus wrap graphics around complex geometries
• Remove and/or install various parts to apply graphics
• Learn proper application techniques for graphic installations to meet warranty requirements
• Become acquainted with the material reject process.
• Develop knowledge of preparation techniques and equipment use for painted on stripes.
• Become acquainted with how to layout striping on a coach.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Previous experience in paint production/decal or striping work preferred
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Good communication skills, ability work in a team environment, and ability to work with little supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have good attendance
