NFI Group is Hiring an AR - Painter Fiberglass Repair Near Middlebury, IN
Essential Duties:
- Prepare multiple surfaces for priming, repair and painting.
- Develop knowledge of equipment used and the skill to use the equipment for surface preparation for application of liquid coating.
- Develop knowledge and skill to use the paint mix system.
- Develop a complete understanding of quality paint standards to ensure that the paint finishes produced by the paint department is of the highest quality possible.
- Develop a complete understanding of quality fiberglass repair standards to ensure that the repair produced is of the highest quality possible.
- Become acquainted and continuously follow all paints safety policies and procedures on the job.
- This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing up and down, as well as work using a ladder all day.
- Must be able to wear respirator for up to eight hours.

- Previous paint production work desirable, but not required.
- Must have good attendance.
- Ability to read and follow intermediate measurements and instructions.
- Attention to detail.
- Good Communication skills, ability to work with little supervision, and ability to work in a team environment.
