SPINAL IMPLANT FINISHING TEAM MEMBER
We are looking for a hard-working, Spinal Implant Finisher to join our award-winning team. Located in Noblesville, IN, Nexxt Spine LLC is a growing company with a state-of-the-art facility where we design and manufacture a rapidly expanding line of spinal implants and instruments.
SUMMARY: Hands on role will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company, performing a variety of miscellaneous tasks relevant to an entrepreneurial company focusing mainly on running the machines including:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and operate machines to finish parts including cleaning, blasting, tumbling, anodizing, laser marking, assembling, and packaging.
- Programming laser marking system.
- Adhere to manufacturing processes for finishing systems to deburr and clean parts for further process steps.
- Perform quality inspect and maintain quality parts to blueprint specifications.
- Follow all GMP and company OCP procedure inspections.
- Completing documentation as required.
- Perform equipment maintenance.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
- Perform a variety of projects or tasks relevant to a manufacturing environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Read and understand blueprints and use standard measuring equipment.
- Must be self-motivated to produce high quality parts.
- Must be team oriented and work with limited supervision.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Must have flexible availability.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Hand dexterity for working with spinal implants and instrumentation.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months experience in a manufacturing and production environment.
- Experience with FDA regulations preferred.
