Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient Java applications using Spring Boot, Microservices, JUnit, and other relevant technologies.

2. Develop and maintain workflows, workflow delegates, and implementations using the Camunda BPMN tool for process automation and optimization.

3. Design and implement RESTful APIs, integrate with RabbitMQ, WebSocket, and other messaging technologies for seamless communication between services.

4. Develop and maintain database schemas and queries using MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, depending on the project requirements.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and other developers, to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical solutions. 6. Provide support and guidance to junior developers, mentor, and share knowledge with the team.

7. Actively participate in agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

8. Continuously improve the code quality, optimize performance, and ensure the maintainability of the applications.

9. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues, and proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.

10. Work closely with clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. 8 to 10 years of experience in Jav development, with a strong understanding of Java design patterns, concurrency, and performance optimization.

3. 3 to 5 years of experience in Camunda BPMN tool, workflow designing, developing delegates, and implementing processes.

4. Proficiency in REST, RabbitMQ, WebSocket, MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

5. Domain experience in WES/WCS or Material Handling, with a strong understanding of the industry's best practices and challenges.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team and present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

7. Strong soft skills, including adaptability, empathy, and active listening.

8. Client-facing experience, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

9. Agile experience, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

10. Proactive and problem-solving attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
