Key Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Develop and oversee individualized client programs, ensuring they align with assessment data and documented goals. Conduct comprehensive behavioral evaluations, crafting tailored support plans. Regularly monitor client progress, updating goals, and adjusting interventions as necessary. Supervise and evaluate team performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development. Maintain active communication with the Clinical Director, promptly addressing any issues that impact client satisfaction or progress.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification and adherence to the BACB’s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
- Proven experience in ABA assessment and clinical services delivery for individuals with developmental disorders.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising, educating, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage a billable caseload and maintain comprehensive and compliant records.
- Commitment to professional development, both for self and team members, with a focus on expanding expertise outside of one’s current knowledge base.
- Driving License, Auto insurance, Good driving record
