We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team in Minot, ND. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and capable of performing technical duties in one of the functional areas: electronic, mechanical, or systems. Schedule:

• 12 Days On / 2 Days Off Rotation (12 days on, 2 days off).
• Day shift only (7:00 am - 7:00 pm).

Location: Minot, ND (local candidates only)

Mechanical Technician Pay: $19.00 per hour (with potential for raise to $21-$23 after 3 months based on experience)

Mechanical Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform technical duties on all functional work group projects, employing test techniques/procedures for all key cell projects.
• Utilize job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers, and bills of material.
• Maintain production tools and equipment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in blueprint reading, component identification, wire-preparation, stripping, and crimping, harness repair and termination, and use of all pertinent manual hand tools.
• Possess skills in electronics, hydraulics and/or mechanical assemblies, automated machine operation, and/or programming.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Mechanical inclination is highly desired.
• Previous oilfield experience is a significant advantage.
• Any relevant shop experience (e.g., General Mechanic, tire shop) is beneficial.
• Only accepting local candidates within commuting distance to Minot, ND; no housing is being offered.
