Cement Supervisor Job Duties:

· Under general supervision, you will be responsible for overseeing downhole cementing operations at the well site, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.

· Pre-plan upcoming jobs and provide instructions to the crew, ensuring that all tasks are well-coordinated.

· Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service.

· Plan and evaluate equipment for repairs and maintenance, ensuring that all equipment is in prime working condition.

· Calculate various cement jobs accurately to achieve the desired results.

· Foster a collaborative team environment, assisting other crews and crew members when needed.

Cement Supervisor Pay:

· Hourly pay ranging from $30/hr. to $35/hr. based on experience (DOE)

Cement Supervisor Qualifications:

· Hold a Class A CDL, current DOT medical card, and maintain a clean MVR.

· Possess a minimum of 2 years of oilfield cementing experience.

· Proficiency in downhole cementing calculations.

· Dependable and willing to work varying shifts to meet operational demands.

· Physically capable of completing assigned tasks, which may involve manual labor.

· Ability to operate with limited supervision, demonstrating strong initiative.

· A dedicated leader in safety, committed to adhering to company policies and best practices.
