Nexus Talent Connect is on the lookout for a Multiline Claims Adjuster to join a reputable transportation company!

Are you passionate about ensuring fairness and efficiency in the claims process after accidents? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our client's team as Multiline Claims Adjusters. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in investigating and resolving claims involving property damage, soft tissue injuries, early stage injury resolution, and subrogation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate liability concerning loss or damages to cabs, claimant’s vehicles, property damage, and bodily injuries.
• Determine coverage existence and ensure damage or injury aligns with accident reports.
• Collect information on the status and treatment needs of injured persons, often focusing on soft tissue injuries and mild-to-moderate sprain/strain.
• Estimate repair or replacement costs for damaged property; assess whether a vehicle should be declared a total loss; evaluate treatment or compensation costs for injured persons.
• Process payments and review requests for supplemental repair orders.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum one year in automotive repair/appraisal or insurance industry.
• Experience in decision making, problem-solving, planning, organizing, effective communication, and customer service.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance, compliant with company driving standards and policies
