Duties and Responsibilities:
Build strong, optimistic relationships by deeply understanding client needs and going above and beyond
Stay ahead of the curve by researching and analyzing the competition
Master multi-tasking by seamlessly juggling client requests, questions, and workflows
Provide exceptional customer service that leaves clients raving
Collaborate with team leads to ensure flawless execution and on-time deliveries
Diligently maintain client data and project management systems
Navigate multiple, fast-paced projects with ease and agility
Continuously innovate by recommending process improvements
Drive growth by nurturing existing client relationships
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience working in a business-to-business customer service or administrative capacity preferred
At least 2 years of experience in a marketing-related role preferred
Energy, optimism, and a drive to succeed in our fast-paced environment
A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills
Outstanding research, prioritization, and time management abilities
Flexibility to adapt and thrive amid changing priorities
Creativity and problem-solving talent to tackle any challenge
Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms
Excellent verbal/written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly
Experience with ClickUp, Google Suite, and HubSpot is a huge plus
Ability to work on-site at our vibrant Sacramento, CA office
