- Two years of experience in one or several of the following scopes:

- Framing
- Trim work (specialty in textures)
- Ability to layout a job
- Deck repair/ building
- HVAC
- Interior Painting
- Exterior Painting
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Proven quality people and supervisory skills
- Ability to travel to local job sites
- Ability to transport ones self from work site to work site (if driving own vehicle must have a valid driver’s license, and valid insurance).
- Obtains all hand tools (except specialty tools)
- Five years of experience in one or several of the following scopes:

- Framing
- Trim work
- Deck repair/ building
- HVAC
- Interior Painting
- Exterior Painting
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- OSHA Ten Hour Certification
- At least a Class B - CDL License (or ability to obtain license)
- Proven experience tracking own work time
- Proven experience leading project work and fulfilling foreman duties
