Sales Representative (Outbound, No Cold Calling, Limitless Earning Potential)

This is an on-site sales position with flexibility to work from home after the first

4-6 weeks of onsite training with uncapped commission that could earn anywhere from $60,000-$80,000

in the first year of employment and $80,000-$100,000 or more in second year. This

position entails selling luxury goods at spectacularly low prices to help people

celebrate anniversaries, birthdays and other milestones with high-end gifts.

*Must reside within driving distance to our office in Burnsville, MN*

Position starts at $24/hour during onsite sales training period.

After training, in-office base rate is $24 per hour uncapped commission.

OR: At home employees earn $18 per hour base rate uncapped commission.

After first year of employment, uncapped commission rate is 8% minimum; can go as high as 18% in some situations.

Training & Full-Time Schedule:

• First five weeks: 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. EST (Mon.-Fri.) in office
• After week five: 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. EST (Mon.-Fri.) in office or fully remote, your choice

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic, competitive, sales-minded, performance-driven individuals to join our Sales team at Stauer, a luxury goods company with more than 20 years of experience and 3 million clients. This position averages $80,000-$100,000 per year, with some sales representatives making nearly $250,000. After five weeks of on-site training at our Burnsville, MN, office, representatives have the option to work from home or on-site. Many of our sales reps make six-figures from the comfort of their own home, selling luxury goods to established customers. Many of our reps build life-long relationships with their clients, helping them celebrate anniversaries, birthdays and other milestones with high-end gifts.

In this role, you will be responsible for: building relationships with clients; providing customer service on orders, products and other customer related inquiries; and selling and upselling Stauer products, promotions and memberships. Stauer rewards its reps for meeting performance metrics and goals in this relationship-based sales role. Ideal candidates have a hunger to sell, meet sales goals and build long-lasting relationships with their clients.

No cold calling! You will only call customers who have already purchased from Stauer.

Requirements:

• 2 years of sales experience preferred
• Personable
• Ability to commute to our Burnsville, MN, office for on-site training
• Working knowledge of sales techniques
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Excellent phone skills and ability to build genuine rapport with customers
• A hunger to sell and ambition to meet sales goals
• Proven history of achieving quota in a sales-driven environment
• Knowledge of sales presentations, overcoming objections and closing strategies
• Self-motivation, ability to reach goals and close sales
• Knowledge and/or love of jewelry, watches and collectibles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience using multiple technological programs, systems or applications while interacting with customers
