What we’re looking for:

An energetic, motivated IT Specialist to join our fast-growing and dynamic team.

What you’ll be doing:

The responsibilities of this position will vary, but primarily focus on internal network administration, establishing a company help desk and cyber security initiatives. Employee should generally be in the office Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM, but remote work opportunities are also available. We are looking for someone who is extremely professional and courteous as this individual will be dealing with customers, vendors, and fellow employees. 

Specific duties to include:

• Laptop and workstation staging for new hires and new equipment.
• Track and maintain internal assets.
• Assist in network and system administration for internal network.
• Provide IT support for employee population (in-person and remote).
• Software licensing.
• Secure internal network.
• Assist in cyber security initiatives. 
• Network policy administration.
• Access changes

Applicant Qualifications: 

• Associate degree in relevant field or equivalent degree or experience.
• Customer service or IT help desk experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Apps (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Experience with Active Directory or Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra)
• Preferred, but not Required:
  1. Experience with Power Automate and/or PowerShell
  2. Microsoft SharePoint and Teams management
  3. Knowledge on conference room systems
  4. AV knowledge
