What we’re looking for:

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Service Coordinator to join our fast-growing and dynamic team.

What you’ll be doing:

The responsibilities of this position will vary greatly, but primarily focus on assisting the Service department with daily operations. This position will have multiple roles ranging from: answering customer inquiries, assisting with dispatching, scheduling, ordering parts, and invoicing for service calls.

Specific duties to include:

• Creation of service tickets using internal system.
• Scheduling of technicians.

·Submitting invoices to customers and following up on payment status as needed. 

· Dispatching of service tickets to subcontractors and internal technicians.

Applicant Qualifications: 

• Associate’s degree in business / related field or equivalent experience 
• Customer Service experience
• Work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Superior communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Commitment to integrity and to the Company Standards and Procedures. 
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
