Here is what we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Technology equivalent job experience – Required
  • High-School Diploma or GED – Required
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technology customer service support role – Required
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations – Preferred
  • Competent knowledge of financial services industry
  • Competent Knowledge of CRM’s
  • Knowledge of products and services offered by Nextek
  • Knowledge of the English Language structure and it’s spelling, grammar, punctuation
  • Knowledge of office procedures Skills navigating and using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
  • Skill in troubleshooting technology problems
  • Skill in attention to detail and effective documentation
  • Skill in developing and delivering presentations to external and internal stakeholders
  • Skill in analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Skill in talking to others to convey information effectively
  • Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
  • Skill in testing issues and use bug triage processes
Want some more specifics? Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Coordinate onboarding and training on proprietary software system with clients and their staff
  • Partner with Business Integration to maintain communication with the customers to ensure enhancements and issues are taken in and handled
  • Ensure customer experience is protected through timely and accurate communication, attention to detail, and influencing outcomes
  • Trouble shoot system issues with primary client contacts to triage actual vs. perceived bugs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the latest internal software applications
  • Support in working on daily bug triages to pass onto product teams with any issues and enhancements
  • Support in planning, coordinating, and presenting of training events
  • Support in planning, coordinating, and presenting of weekly meetings with Nextek’s clients and their staff on open issues and enhancement requests
  • Support in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date training materials on Support site and knowledge center as a go to resource for clients’ self-service
  • Attend industry trainings to stay up to speed on industry news and knowledge
  • Maintain knowledge on all new product development
  • Complete onboarding process as if you were a new Nextek client and new software user
  • Attend onsite training events with clients and users when appropriate
  • Have an advanced knowledge of the Nextek Support website and other educational tools
  • Attend all meetings to learn new technology being released
  • Take initiative to ensure communication with customers is thorough and conducive to a good experience by investing in your knowledge of the system.
