Job Summary

TouchMD Client Success Advisers are responsible for providing training and support to clients who use our software. Each CSA is assigned to and will oversee accounts, ensuring that they are effectively utilizing the software. CSA Team members are also responsible for client retention, updated training, and ongoing support of their accounts.

CSA's need to have excellent customer service and strong communication skills. They must be proficient in the use of computers, iPads and software platforms. The individual must be comfortable in leading group discussions and providing guidance and education.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in practice implementations
  • Run clients through training processes
  • Meet with teams to discuss bugs and upcoming integrations
  • Research how offices are performing using TouchMD
  • Send help videos to clients
  • Execute trainings
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience
  • Account management
  • Computer tech experience
Working Environment
  • This role is hybrid with potential quarterly travel to TouchMD headquarters in Cedar City, UT.
