Become a key player as a Program Manager:
As a Program Manager on Adobe's Treasury Process Optimization and Governance team you will partner with Treasury and Finance leaders across Adobe to build strategic roadmaps, transform them into execution plans and deliver against business objectives. This role will assist with planning, managing, tracking, reporting, presenting, and execution of key initiatives across the organization. This position will be required to lead and demonstrate standard Program Management methodologies across multi-functional teams, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistency. 
Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team: 
  • Collaborate with Treasury leaders to build a robust and detailed governance model which will encompass processes, people, and technology.
  • Using PowerBI, implement effective reporting mechanisms to evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across Treasury.
  • Lead all aspects, including project execution tracking, resource planning and management, risks/issues remediation, status reporting, budget management.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, status updates, and lessons learned to support future program initiatives.
  • Assist with creating materials and models to be used for prioritizing new and existing initiatives.
  • Create material(s) that can be consumed at different levels of the organization- from executive-level presentations to finite-level materials to be consumed by project/program teams.
  • Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.
  • Bring clarity to sophisticated technical challenges, and effectively articulate and navigate through options that deliver the best customer experience.
  • Be focused on prioritization; ensuring team members have clear line of sight on the "must"
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
  • Very organized with outstanding attention to detail; understands what, why, when, how and who to drive better solutions
  • Self-starter with 5 years of dynamic project/program management experience on large scale initiatives; background in business process management and PMO-best practices is a strong plus
  • Working industry knowledge of Corporate Treasury functions (FX, Treasury Ops, Credit, etc.)
  • Passion for problem solving and ability to think through problems creatively and systematically, to prioritize them, and to identify and evaluate alternative solutions
  • Ability to influence and have data driven conversations
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills
  • Solid knowledge of the Agile frameworks
  • Experience with applications such as Workfront, Jira, or other workload (Backlog) management tools
  • Highly skilled at building PowerBI reporting dashboards
  • SharePoint site creation and management expertise is required
  • Experience with Collibra is a big plus
Pay Range:
$28.00 - $33.80/hour
