Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits - Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Assist with inventory management and restocking - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals Experience: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of electronics sales or technical sales is a plus - Experience in jewelry sales is an advantage - Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly desirable Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to effectively demonstrate products and explain technical details - Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or complaints We offer competitive compensation, including commission opportunities, as well as ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills.
