Once upon a time, a group of friends worked together as part of a corporate team during the dot com boom. The group consisted of subject-matter experts in their individual business fields. POSITION SUMMARY

As Consulting Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and operation of business initiatives by:

1. Engaging with team members and supporting the development of project deliverables.
2. Analyzing information and providing valuable insights that innovate, build, and execute well-managed solutions that are critical to our business. 
3. Preparing strong written and oral communications that can translate the value of our solutions to our clients.
4. Ensuring timely execution of activities by identifying and setting priorities to ensure a successful team approach that drives strong working relationships. 
5. Contributing to the fulfillment of project goals and informing managers when they are available for development opportunities and participating proactively in such activities.  

Consulting Analyst will report to a Senior Consultant.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

University degree (bachelor’s degree minimum).

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and eager to learn

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 0-2 years minimum.

LANGUAGES

100% English language proficiency (professional writing, reading, and speaking).

OTHER CHARACTERISTICS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Affinity with the technology industry
• Competency in Microsoft Office programs (particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Person should be located in Bogota, Colombia or in the United States (WA, TX or FL)

Salary ranges between $55,000 to $70,000
