Nextaff is hiring for a Medical Scheduling Agent in Fife!
NOT A REMOTE POSITION IN OFFICE ONLY!
What You Will Receive :
- $16.28 - $18 / hr starting pay!
- Monday Friday 8 : 30am 5pm
- Attendance Bonus : Additional $0.50 / hr for maintaining good attendance.
- Bilingual is a plus
- Eligible for benefits through Nextaff for you and your family!
- Like all Nextaff roles, you are guaranteed fulltime employment with our client based on performance and attendance!
What You Will be Doing :
- Correctly schedule appointments and procedures for clients / patients
- Appointment management (rescheduling, cancelling, scheduling referral appointments).
- Verifying patient information.
- Resolve problems.
- Gaining the confidence and trust of patients and clients thru building good rapport.
What You Will Need :
Professional, polite, and friendly attitude towards customers and clients.
Be able to apply good time management skills to manage appointments.
