Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments, maintaining high standards of service, and maximizing revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize revenue
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff
- Foster a positive work environment and provide guidance and support to team members
- Maintain excellent guest relations by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner
- Implement effective marketing initiatives to attract new guests and increase occupancy rates
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for attracting group bookings and corporate clients
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, revenue management, and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Solid understanding of human resources practices and procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Excellent phone etiquette
