RN Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor and administer medications as prescribed by the physician
• Provide therapeutic interventions and support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the comprehensive care of patients
• Document patient care and progress in the electronic medical record
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case conferences
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their mental health condition and treatment options

RN Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in CA
• Must be available to work nights
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral health
• BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred
