Overview:
This position is responsible for overseeing and optimizing administrative and operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and strategic alignment with the values and goals. This role requires a versatile detail-oriented individual who can oversee various tactical aspects of day-to-day operations.

Requirements:
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, QuickBooks
- Proven experience in business operations management or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for process optimization

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in Non-Profit organizations, CRM tools
- Experience with Developmental Disabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
