We are currently hiring a Content Strategist/Developer.

Next Phase Solutions and Services, Inc. is seeking a talented Content Strategist/Developer to join our team. As a Content Strategist/Developer, you will be responsible for developing content and executing content strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Research and analyze industry trends to ensure content relevance and effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and insights for content creation
• Write and edit high-quality content for various channels, including website, blog, social media, and email
• Optimize content for SEO to improve organic visibility
• Monitor and measure content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure content updates are free from errors and compliant with accessibility mandates
• Create and lead presentations to internal teams (Growth, Information Technology Practice, Engineering Practice)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support the revision of of existing pages and the creations of new web content

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Information Systems
• Proven experience as a Content Strategist/Developer or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful content strategies
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
• Experience with SEO and content optimization
• Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in content strategy
• Excellent technical writing skills and proven experience in systems with complex requirements
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to team with others to meet project objectives
• Understanding of the system development lifecycle as implemented with Agile; SAFe knowledge a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and frequent changes in priorities
• Ability to work independently and seek help as needed
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in web content strategy/development for a technical services/consulting organization.
• Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a Permanent Resident
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Information Systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with WordPress platform management and content development
• Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other coding languages for the Web is a plus 
• Experience leading new site development and collaborating with stakeholders to plan and implement new Web projects 
• Familiarity with U.S. Web Design System, 21st Century Integrated Digital Experience Act, and best practices for usability
• Experience presenting to leadership teams
• Knowledge of federal government contracting and proposal development is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to navigate in an office setting unassisted

• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
• Strong speaking skills, including the ability to articulate thoughts in a clear manner and excellent word enunciation skills are required
