Next Level Technician is Hiring a Low Voltage Technician Near Jacksonville, FL

Next Level Technician is seeking Low Voltage Technicians in the Jacksonville, FL area. Candidates that are highly motivated and ready to work in a hands-on environment are encouraged to explore this opportunity!

Our technicians work primarily on commercial and industrial jobsites. From interpreting blueprints to installing voice, data, networking, and security equipment, our low voltage teams are prepared to get the job done efficiently and correctly. Prior experience in the low voltage field is preferred.

!!Candidates should be well versed in cable terminations. Experience with fiber optic cabling is a plus, and experience operating a fusion splicer is even better!!

Low Voltage Technician Responsibilities:

· Pull, terminate, dress, label, and test CAT5E and CAT6 cabling, experience with fiber optic cabling is a plus

· Punch down voice and data jacks

· Work from ladders and various types of lifts

· Maintain cabling, equipment, and devices in IDF/MDF closets and server rooms

· Operate in accordance with safety measures and protocols

Low Voltage Technician Requirements:

· 1 years of commercial/industrial low voltage experience

· Knowledge of appropriate color codes for low voltage cabling

· Ability to safely complete physical labor tasks
