Technicians at NLT will be working at a variety of Commercial and Industrial sites. Each site and scope of work will be unique and will add to the skillset and knowledge of the technician. Site conditions may range from new construction to existing and work may vary from inside to outside. Hours vary as do jobsites but most jobs will be first shift with the occasional second shift. Technicians will be installing structured cabling such as CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6a, Fiber and Coax.

· Low Voltage Cable Installers will pull, dress, test and terminate a variety of low voltage cabling (CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6a, Fiber and Coax)

· Candidates must be able to work from ladders and aerial lifts

· Install cable pathway systems such as J-hooks, D-rings, ladder racks and cable trays

· Read and interpret blueprints of cabling and work with Lead technicians, Foreman and Project managers to successfully install all cabling and devices

· Work in data rooms helping build out IDF/MDF, rack and stack and patch panels
