When I started Next Level Physio 9 years ago, I wanted to create a culture of transformation- from our staff to our clients, where we attract like-minded DPTs who:

• Have at least 1 year of clinical experience (preferred, but open to training and mentoring the right new grad).
• Are passionate about living an active fitness lifestyle and have been a coach or personal trainer before.
• Can be flexible with their schedule as needed and understand that with a lower PT:client ratio, getting patients on schedule is super important.
• Desire to get involved in business development, leadership, and growth.
• Love to learn and are team players.
• Are able to work alone, but value the team as well.
• Keep personal matters and issues outside of work
• Communicate respectfully and receive feedback willingly
• Bring their best attitude every day
• Execute what they say they will do.
• Value clinical marketing and building local relationships with other like-minded professionals in the community.
• Are personable and know how to be extroverted when needed.
• Are solution seeking, not just problem identifying (aka complaining) 
• Have a growth mindset
• Understand that marketing is the lifeblood of a successful business
• Are open-minded clinically and willing to integrate new ways of patient care 
• Are licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey
• Can build trust with patients quickly and are motivated to improve their relationships with patients AND staff.
• Understand that ethical sales is about helping clients make the best decision for their care, not about selling them snake oil!
• Are comfortable in front of the camera for social media posts and willing to be posted on behalf of the brand.
• Love educating the general public through in-person and virtual workshops.
• Are able to work Saturday mornings (1x per month).
• Take initiative and look for ways to better themselves and where they work

Compensation:

• Base Pay and profit sharing for the right candidate
