Hi, I am Dr. Jack Wong, owner, of Next Level Physical Therapy. I hope you are okay with me telling you a little about our backstory.

After graduating PT school... I worked in a few different settings throughout my career.

• Outpatient
• Home Health

In each of them, I found that I was seeing too many patients per day, wasn't able to provide the care that I wanted to give each patient, and wasn't making the impact that I dreamed of when becoming a physical therapist.

I remember coming home late and being so frustrated.

Almost to the point where I was wondering if PT was really the career for me.

Don't get me wrong, I learned a ton during those work experiences, but I wanted to "Be Different".

So, I started my own little "Side Hustle", or at least that's what I called it.

A few years ago, I decided to open my own practice with the goal of providing one-on-one care to my patients and really getting to know them and their goals. I wanted to help my patients get back to the activities they love without pain.

Since opening our doors, we have been fortunate enough to grow quickly and have amazing team members. Over the past couple of years, we have been able to help 1000s of local residents.

The key "metrics" we pride ourselves on are not patient volume, number of new patients, or gross revenue.... but our customer satisfaction and staff retention rates.

Most of our staff has been with us for 2 years after hire.

And for that, we are blessed to have such a great team here at Next Level Physical Therapy.

We are looking for an individual who can...

• Coordinate Care!
• Call and Manage all of our Incoming Leads
• Schedule New Patient Evaluations

• Check In New Patients and Collect Pertinent Paperwork

• Greet All Patients Like They Are VIPs!

• Check-In / Out all Existing Patients

• Insurance Benefits Check and Authorizations

• Collect Patient Payments

• Schedule Patients Appointments Appropriately

• Have A Lot Of Fun While Making A Difference In Someone's Life!

Please apply ONLY if you have at least one years experience in an administrative role (with a strong customer service focus) position preferably in a business-to-consumer environment. You must have a proven track record for working face to face with patients and being able to speak confidently on the phone.
